How long is the programme?
The duration of the Apprenticeships in Residential Property Management , Sale of Residential Property and Housing at Level 2 is 12 months and for level 3 it is 18 months.
The duration of the Apprenticeship in Housing at Level 4 is also 18 months.
For all Apprenticeships, the duration is dependant on your previous experience and qualifications.
Who is it for?
These apprenticeships are suitable for anyone who currently works in the Property industry or for those who are wanting to get started in the sector.
If you are just starting in the industry we may advise that you complete the Level 2 Apprenticeship prior to starting on the Level 3. The Level 4 Apprenticeship in Housing is primarily aimed at those in Senior Management positions.
What you will learn
Depending on which qualification you do and what you will be/are doing in your current employment role will determine what units you will work towards. If you mainly do general housing administrative duties we will cover areas such as legislation and client support.

If you have completed the Level 2 Apprenticeship you could progress on to the Level 3 Apprenticeship or another role relevant qualification.
If you complete the Level 3 Apprenticeship you could progress on to the Level 4 Apprenticeship or a Team Leading, Management, or another role relevant qualification.
The types of job roles that you could progress to with the Level 2 Apprenticeship could include; Service Assistant, Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or other related roles.
Career progression with the Level 3 Apprenticeship could include; Team Leading, Estate Agent, Facilities Manager, Assistant Manager or other related supervisory roles.
In relation to the Level 4 Apprenticeship, career progression could include; Branch Manager, Property Manager, Senior Sales/Lettings Negotiator or other related managerial roles.
